Ska-Opper

Designed and fished by seasoned steelhead guide Scott Howell, the Ska-opper is definitely on the short list for waking flies in the northwest. Being on the bulky side, this fly isn’t for everybody, but when you’re twitching it through a choppy run it’s hard not to have confidence in this one!
