Shipping Policy

The Ashland Fly Shop Shipping Policy

Please review our shipping policy to ensure your order arrives on time.

Basic Shipping Policies:

  • Orders made before 12:00 p.m. PST typically ship the same day!
  • Orders only ship Monday through Friday.
  • Orders received after 12:00 p.m. PST Friday will ship the following Monday.
  • Orders for Overnight shipping on Friday will not be delivered on weekends.
  • If shipping to a P.O. box, customer must choose USPS as carrier.

Flat Rate Shipping & Free Shipping:

  • Orders over $50 (after discounts applied) and shipped within the continental U.S. qualify for Free Shipping.
  • Free shipping will be standard shipping with UPS Ground or USPS Priority 2-3 Day (subject to weight)
  • For orders under $50 we offer $7.95 Flat Rate shipping through either UPS or USPS (subject to package weight.)

Standard Ground Shipping Times:

Orders are shipped from Oregon. Shipping rates and times for Alaska and Hawaii will vary.
  • West Coast States: 1-3 Business Days
  • Mid West States: 4-6  Business Days
  • East Coast States: 6-7 Business Days

Priority Shipping:

  • Overnight or 2nd day orders must be placed before 12 p.m. PST. No exceptions.
  • Orders placed on Friday for overnight shipping will not get there until Monday.
  • Use our Shipping Estimator at checkout for estimated Priority Shipping rates.

Shipping Estimator:

Use our Shipping Cost Estimator at checkout for specific shipping rates available to you, including priority and overnight shipping rates. Please contact us with any questions regarding your order before completing the checkout process if you have specific shipping questions or requests.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping through USPS.
  • Calculated rates are available on checkout. If you feel the rate is too high please email us for a custom rate quote.
  • Please note: All charges will be in USD. Please contact your credit card provider about for exchange rates and other fees associated with your order. 
  • If your shipping country is not listed during checkout then this means that we do not ship there.

Holiday Shipping:

Please allow enough time for processing and shipping during the holiday season. USPS and UPS delays may affect your delivery. Order early to ensure on time holiday shipping.
